Your responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for CIAM/WIAM solutions. Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer requirements. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in identity and access management.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is working on the most valuable features. Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that they are well understood by the development team. Lead the sprint planning meetings, ensuring that the team has a clear understanding of the priorities and goals.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the implemented solutions, ensuring they remain secure and up-todate. Ensure a stable operation with a professional release management and coordinate 3rd Level support partners. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity management solutions with other IT systems and applications
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to enhance the product
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master is preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing CIAM/WIAM solutions
- Proficiency with identity management technologies such as ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
