Guest capacity: approx. 300
Number of employees: approx. 180, of which 35 in the bar and restaurant area

• Management of the restaurant & bar area in our first-class 5-star superior hotel
• Leadership & motivation of the team
• Active wine consultation & sales
• Creation & monitoring of table plans as well as efficient duty scheduling
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience at the highest level
• Professional handling of guest feedback & complaints
• Ensuring smooth operations in the day-to-day business
• Organization & implementation of internal training sessions
• Compliance with HACCP quality standards in your area
• Ensuring smooth information flow between departments
• Supervision and training of apprentices and interns

• Several years of experience in this position & in this hotel category
• Excellent hosting qualities & a strong sense for service excellence with solid wine knowledge
• Enjoyment in dealing with people & passion for the profession
• Professional appearance, resilience & a high degree of personal responsibility
• Leadership skills, organizational talent & a motivating approach to employees
• Business management thinking & acting
• Well-groomed appearance
• Very good German & English skills, additional languages are an advantage
