Job Description

✔ Required Skills

Technical and Clinical Skills

• Mastery of general nursing care in a hospital or clinical setting.

• Solid knowledge of pathophysiology and pharmacology.

• Emergency management: mastery of BLS-AED.

• Knowledge and strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Organizational Skills

• Autonomy, sense of priorities, and ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously.

• Proficiency with computer tools and electronic patient records.

• Good interdisciplinary coordination.

Interpersonal Skills

• Empathy, listening, respect, and sense of service.

• Stress management in a demanding environment.

• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Recognized nursing diploma, preferably Swiss resident
• Right to practice in the canton of Vaud
• Excellent adaptability
• Sense of priorities in acute situations and good stress management
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently 
• Sense of multidisciplinary collaboration
• Availability and flexibility
• English desired
