Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to a life as self-determined as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 180 residential places available in different settings. Furthermore, we offer protected workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured.
The Facility Management department is looking for a new team member who enthusiastically takes on both leadership tasks and varied FM projects.

What you can achieve
- Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of the 16- to 17-member housekeeping team
- Ensuring cleaning quality throughout the operation as well as a smooth laundry process
- Maintaining contacts with internal and external stakeholders
- Organizing internal and external events
- Administrative tasks in the FM area as well as participation in or leadership of FM projects
What distinguishes you
- Completed training as a housekeeping manager or similar
- Participative and appreciative leadership attitude with corresponding experience
- Experience in health/social services is an advantage
- High degree of self-management and organizational skills
