Your Tasks

- You lead one of our wards in the triad with medical staff and nursing and supervise the assistant psychologists assigned to the ward.
- You care for our inpatient patients in individual as well as group therapies and take over the administrative case management during the inpatient stay on a part-time basis.
- You ensure individual, interdisciplinary therapy planning and support with specialist departments and the nursing team and participate in interdisciplinary reports.
- Further tasks include outpatient preliminary discussions and duty work on weekdays during working hours.

Your Profile

- You have a Swiss federal recognition in psychotherapy and ideally extensive experience in this profession.
- Experience in team leadership is an advantage.
- You are open to interdisciplinary teamwork and reliable in documentation.
- Previous experience in sleep medicine is welcome, in-depth training is desired.
- You have very good oral and written German skills (at least level C2 or equivalent) and appreciate open and respectful communication.
