For our specialty restaurant Le Cèdre Badenerstrasse, we are looking for THE Lebanese specialty chef:

• You are passionate about Lebanese cuisine and create authentic dishes with enthusiasm!
• You are a master of Mezzeh, prepare à la carte dishes and desserts.
• You work at the interface between kitchen and service and ensure that every dish can be served perfectly and at the right time.

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship in Lebanese cuisine
• Additionally at least 4 years of practical experience as a Lebanese specialty chef
• Good communication skills in German and/or Arabic

Start date: immediately or by arrangement
