For our specialty restaurant Le Cèdre Badenerstrasse, we are looking for THE Lebanese specialty chef:
- You are passionate about Lebanese cuisine and create authentic dishes with enthusiasm!
- You are a master of Mezzeh, prepare à la carte dishes and desserts.
- You work at the interface between kitchen and service and ensure that every dish can be served perfectly and at the right time.
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship in Lebanese cuisine
- Additionally at least 4 years of practical experience as a Lebanese specialty chef
- Good communication skills in German and/or Arabic
Start date: immediately or by arrangement
