Your Tasks
In our innovative company, an enthusiastic team consisting of about 15 employees and 20 residents is looking forward to a new team leader. You take responsibility for the professional and organizational leadership and ensure the quality of care and support. You actively assist in daily nursing care, with a dignified and professional approach to your fellow human beings close to your heart. With your modern understanding of nursing and your high social competence, you master the most diverse everyday situations. You enjoy further developing the quality of care and promoting learners and employees. You are responsible for the correct implementation of nursing processes as well as documentation (easyDok) and performance recording (RAI).
In the management team, you can expect a collegial atmosphere. You will be supported in your work by a deputy team leader and our specialist development team consisting of our nursing and wound expert and the palliative care manager.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Leadership training or willingness to complete one
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- Respectful interaction with residents and employees
- Organizational talent, flexibility, teamwork skills
- Perseverance and assertiveness
- Communicative, confident
