About the job
To support our Blue Spa Restaurant, we are looking for you as soon as possible or by arrangement
As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Planning, preparation, control as well as coordination and execution of professional service; continuous optimization of service quality through active guest consultation and sales
- Monitoring and controlling staff deployment in the functional area, responsibility for duty and vacation planning of all employees taking into account labor law and other legal regulations; compliance with leadership rules and implementation of qualification measures for employees and trainees
- Welcoming, seating, and bidding farewell to guests
- Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints to the head waiter
- Ensuring correct billing, cash deposits, inventory control
- Monitoring and securing quality standards throughout the functional area; ensuring the training-relevant knowledge transfer to trainees
- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy in a comparable position
- Openness, professional appearance, and a well-groomed appearance
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Very good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
