Your Tasks
- Support of the hospital management in conceptual and strategic tasks
- Taking over tasks in the operational day-to-day business
- Participation in various committees within the hospitals
- Initiate / control / accompany / take responsibility for projects
- Analyze and prepare numbers, data, and facts
- Internal and external correspondence on behalf of the hospital management
- Organization as well as preparation and follow-up of appointments and meetings
- Prepare and accompany marketing measures
Your Profile
- A successfully completed degree, ideally with a focus on hospital management, or a completed vocational training with several years of professional experience in a hospital
- Knowledge in project management
- Affinity for numbers, data, and facts
- Open and appreciative communication
- Ability to set priorities and make decisions
- Structured and independent way of working
- Teamwork, assertiveness, and flexibility
- Confident handling of Excel, Word, and Outlook
