As a Swiss Manager in the Payroll Advisory Team at Deloitte Switzerland, you will gain unique insights and unparalleled expertise around payroll while working together with experienced talents to further develop our expanding payroll portfolio. How you can make an impact
- Support our clients in managing complex payroll issues
- You are responsible for the monthly payrolls of our clients and, together with the team, ensure that employees are paid on time and correctly.
- Maintain our relationships with local tax and social security authorities and act as the first point of contact when negotiating difficult matters with the relevant authorities.
- Support our clients in demanding advisory projects related to payroll
- Besides maintaining existing client relationships, you help us increase our market share and win new clients and projects
- In addition to training the team, you are also involved in team leadership.
Who we are looking for
- You bring an eye for numbers and a strong sense of context and convince through your conscientiousness as well as your solution-oriented and independent working style
- You have worked in payroll for at least 7-10 years and are very familiar with payroll, social security, and individual taxation
- You have either a fiduciary training or a degree in business administration or a related field. Ideally, you also have further training in personnel and payroll or tax matters.
- You are IT-savvy and have excellent knowledge of the payroll tools Abacus and SAP
- You have leadership experience and want to use your knowledge to train the team and further expand our market share
- You have good language skills in German and English – all additional language skills are of course a great plus
