Our 7-member team "Authority Inquiries" is responsible for various authority requests processed within Legal & Compliance. Furthermore, we are responsible for the concept of house searches and handle summons from criminal authorities.

Your tasks
- Providing information to courts, offices, and other authorities in various legal areas
- Processing information requests from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, criminal investigation authorities of the cantons or the federal government, debt enforcement offices, as well as various courts
- Analyzing and responding to inquiries within deadlines
- Freezing assets and implementing other orders issued by courts and authorities
- Obtaining relevant information or documents
- Contact person and liaison for authorities, our clients, and various internal departments (customer service, compliance, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Further education in the legal field (e.g., CAS/DAS Paralegal ZHAW)
- Several years of work experience in the area of authority inquiries
- Affinity and interest in legal issues as well as investigations by authorities
- Your working style is efficient and solution-oriented, and you think in a structured way
- You score with your assertiveness, resilience, and strong communication skills
- Very good German skills – knowledge of English, French, or Italian is a plus
