Head Waiter
The ZEGG Hotels & Stores represent Engadine charm, with 3 exclusive hotels (5*, 4*, 4*), 6 restaurants, and 7 shops in the heart of Samnaun at 1850 m above sea level, amidst the Silvretta ski, hiking & biking arena Samnaun-Ischgl.
Starting from the winter season 2025 / 2026 and preferably beyond, we are looking to complete our team for the imser Private Selection Boutique Hotel Silvretta**** with a dedicated and friendly Head Waiter (m/f/d).
Your tasks / Your profile:
- Independent management of a restaurant area
- Greeting, seating, and advising guests at a high level
- Presentation and recommendation of food and beverages
- Coordination with kitchen, sommeliers, and service colleagues
- Ensuring a smooth service process
- Strong communication skills and charm
- Attention to detail and organizational talent
- Discretion in dealing with VIP guests
- Resilience during peak seasons and events
- Hotel management school / training in restaurant management
- German (fluent)
- English (fluent)
- Additional languages are an advantage
