The Schüpf Senior Center offers a home to a total of 54 residents. This includes 22 apartments with services. Individual care, respect, service attitude, and professionalism in dealing with all people are important to us and are at the center of our actions. Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- Experience with the care service recording system RAI/RUG and in vocational training is an advantage
- Enjoy working with elderly people
- Professional and social competence
- German language skills in spoken and written form
- Customer-oriented working style
- Teamwork, commitment, assertiveness, and resilience
Your Tasks
- Active participation in nursing and care
- Ensuring individually tailored nursing and care
- Shaping the daily structure in the living and residential area of our residents
- Interdisciplinary and cross-departmental collaboration
- Taking over daily responsibility in the residential group
