What you will do
Competent advice on incoming customer inquiries regarding mortgages
Accompanying demanding clients in the purchase of a property or refinancing their financing
Contact and maintain our financing partners
Self-acquisition of brokers in coordination with partner management/head of sales to build your own mortgage portfolio
Proactive maintenance of existing customers and referrals
Ensuring and achieving sales targets

What we expect from you
Solid banking education with experience in mortgage business and a flair for sales
Higher vocational school in banking and finance or a degree in business administration would be a plus
Ability to accompany clients empathetically and to stand by them as a competent partner in the purchase or refinancing
To bring advice succinctly and clearly to the point and to show clients risks clearly and understandably
You have very good French skills; German and English skills are an advantage.
