Our client, Malaydin Treuhand AG, is an owner-managed fiduciary office located centrally in Basel. The company is growing, and with it the responsibility of those who carry it. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a personality who independently manages their mandates: from sole proprietorships to SME groups, across various industries.

Your tasks

You will manage your own portfolio of mandates from A to Z:

• Management of mandate accounting
• Value-added tax returns including annual reconciliation
• Interim and annual financial statements
• Tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Payroll accounting including payroll administration
• Advising your clients on accounting and tax matters

What you bring

• Professional fiduciary certificate
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Confident use of fiduciary software; experience with Abacus and Dr. Tax is a plus
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
• You communicate with your clients on an equal footing and keep an overview even during the closing and tax season
