Your profile

Successfully completed master's degree (university or university of applied sciences)
A strong interest in sales and marketing combined with the ambition to take on a leadership role as part of your professional development
You do not need industry experience – much more important is enthusiasm for the Hilti brand and your interest in the construction industry
High level of self-motivation as well as good self- and time management
You are analytically and conceptually strong, think in networks, and are characterized by a structured, goal- and solution-oriented way of working
Fluent German and Swiss German skills
A valid driver's license
