Deputy Head of Assembly Industry
Tasks
To strengthen our Assembly Industry department, we are looking for a versatile personality who supports the department management and also takes on operational responsibility. You will set up various assembly systems as well as production aids, ensure quality, design ergonomic workplaces, and optimize existing processes. In the deputy role of the department management, you will also take on the responsibility for training new employees.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a mechanical or electromechanical education as well as initial leadership experience. You impress with your craftsmanship, a connected and solution-oriented way of thinking, and initiative. Dynamism, flexibility, and reliability characterize you as well as teamwork and a customer-oriented attitude. You bring good PC skills, are experienced in using MS Office as well as multimedia tools, and ideally have SAP knowledge (preferably S/4HANA).
