- Management of orders and their invoice processing
- Project office for projects (scheduling and monitoring, administrative tasks, slide creation, etc.)
- Project controlling for larger as well as smaller projects, development and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Participation in the implementation of the Computer-Aided Facility Management System (CAFM - database for facility management data)
- Data analysis, preparation, and creation of reports (reporting)
- Organization and coordination of meetings as well as preparation of presentation and meeting contributions
- Co-design in optimizing our data storage
- Independent management of (smaller) projects and areas of responsibility
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Basic enjoyment of numbers and their processing
- First experience in project administration and project coordination
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Organizational talent, reliability, and a precise, structured way of working
- Experience with CAFM systems is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Enjoyment of independent tasks
