Within the Pension and Personal Insurance Solutions division, we are looking for a motivated, rigorous, and curious Business Analyst between 80 and 100%, ready to invest in demanding projects, eager to progress and actively contribute to the quality of the solutions developed and delivered.
In this stimulating context, we offer you to join the AP Benefits Service (Personal Insurance), responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining several solutions related to claims, mainly for Personal Insurance (LAA and PGM).
The position is open to intermediate and senior levels.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Identify and gather stakeholder needs
- Translate business needs into application solutions and write User Stories
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
- Document processes and implemented solutions
- Define acceptance criteria for deliverables with stakeholders
- Support developers during implementation phases to ensure proper understanding of needs
- Support the tester during system and integration testing phases (ST, SIT)
- Support users during the acceptance and deployment phases
- Bring your experience to optimize working methods, analysis, requirements gathering, and value research within the team
- Analyze and qualify incidents in Production
Your profile:
- Technical skills (Hard skills)
- Higher education diploma such as HES, EPF, UNI in computer science or equivalent
- Skills in analyzing business and technical needs (functional and non-functional requirements) and writing User Stories, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Proven skills in modeling business and technical processes in BPMN format
- Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling principles
- Excellent command of French and minimum B2 level in English
Behavioral skills (Soft skills):
- Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with diverse interlocutors
- Work autonomously, with rigor and organizational skills
- Operate in Agile mode (Scrum) and understand roles and responsibilities
- Exert positive leadership and facilitate the emergence of needs to build shared solutions
- Show curiosity and analytical thinking to understand challenges
Additional assets:
- Experience in the insurance field, particularly in Personal Insurance (LAA, PGM)
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- UX/UI awareness
- Business Analysis certifications appreciated
- Understanding of overall IT architecture, integration issues (API, microservices, etc.)
