The Finance Department in the General Secretariat is responsible for the financial management of the Directorate and accounting. It also oversees the area of individual premium reductions (IPV) and takes on the ownership role for the four cantonal hospitals.
We are looking for a Specialist in Accounting, 80 - 90%, to start immediately or by agreement.

Your Tasks
- Ensuring the correct bookkeeping of interim and annual financial statements
- Invoicing and monitoring of accounts receivable including dunning and collection processes
- Processing of the accounts payable workflow including payment runs
- Bookings and reconciliation work in the main and subsidiary ledgers (Intercompany)
- Process responsibility for the IKS processes in the area of accounting
- Participation in the optimization and digitalization of accounting processes
- Contact person for internal departments on all accounting matters
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training, further education in finance (e.g. specialist certificate in finance and accounting)
- Experience in accounting is essential with a secure analytical and interconnected way of thinking
- Independent, structured, and precise working style
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
- Team-oriented and service-oriented thinking and acting
- IT skills: MS Office, very good Excel skills, and SAP FI/CO
