Tasks
Your workday starts directly at your home with the drive to our customers (mainly in the Bern region). Your responsibilities include commissioning and checking the functionality of our systems and emergency exit guidance systems. You instruct our customers, prepare the acceptance protocol, and conduct sales discussions for maintenance contracts and additional sales with customers on site. Service calls involving localisation and rectification of faults and repair work complement your varied activities. You manage your material requirements independently and regularly complete administrative tasks in the office or from home.

Profile
An EFZ as an electrician or assembly electrician and very good German language skills are essential. You preferably bring initial experience in the electrical service sector and have good IT user skills. You have the ability to integrate into established workflows and enjoy frequent travel within the Bern region (driving licence category B). To keep travel distances short, you reside in the Bern region. You work conscientiously and reliably with a confident manner and solve the tasks at the customer professionally and independently.
