The current position holder will retire during the year. He will remain – consciously and committed – on board for a while longer. Not to hold on, but to pass on.

This means: a real introduction, accompanying, a gradual takeover. No jump into cold water. No abrupt letting go. But a phase in which experience, attitude, and practice may be transferred.

The Education Center for Construction and Fashion is looking for a from August 1, 2026 or by agreement

• Vocational subject teaching in structural engineering (building construction) for draftspersons EFZ, specialization in structural engineering
• Teaching of mathematical and scientific fundamentals
• Co-design of lessons – professionally, methodically, and didactically
• Teaching in classes and lessons by mutual agreement

We are looking for a professional who wants to teach.

• Completed studies as a civil engineer BSC, MAS, HTL, FH or ETH
• Completed apprenticeship as a draftsperson EFZ specializing in structural engineering (or civil engineering draftsman or construction draftsman)
• Enjoyment in working with young people in vocational education
• Confidence in using digital media
• Willingness to take responsibility – professionally and personally

Teaching experience is welcome. More important are attitude, clarity, and genuine interest in learners
