About the job
Your Tasks
Your mission: The care and support of our clients after acute illness, accident, or chronic diseases, with the goal of accompanying them back home or into a new suitable living environment.
You perform treatment care such as wound care, infusion therapies, medication administration, and prophylaxis, and document targeted and precise in the electronic patient record. You develop nursing trainings in various forms and actively train with the clients. You handle client conversations, family discussions, and talks with the social environment with great joy and empathy.
In the team, you take on a leadership role and strengthen and coach your colleagues in everyday work. Trainees are also at the center of your attention; you support them purposefully and help create an environment where learning together remains a particularly important value.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in acute care as well as in the focus areas of long-term care
- You are open to new things and want to make a difference together with your team?
