As a Dispatcher AVOR Construction Technology at Avesco TEC in Langenthal, you ensure that our customers in the field of special civil engineering, drilling technology, and processing technology can always rely on reliable machines and fast service. You coordinate deployments on special drilling rigs from Bauer, Klemm, and Sandvik as well as on crushing and screening plants from Terex – and make sure that our service technicians are exactly where they are needed.
Your tasks
- Contact person for our clients – you support internal and external customers around our special construction machines for above-ground and underground drilling technology as well as crushing and screening technology, answer all questions regarding scheduling, direct technical clarifications with our suppliers, and provide technical support for customer inquiries.
- Coordination at the center – you prioritize and triage customer inquiries and orders, schedule repair, maintenance, and fault deployments, and ensure smooth processes.
- Planning with foresight – from deployment and route planning to material and spare parts coordination to optimal preparation of our service technicians throughout Switzerland.
- Support during deployment – you assist our technicians with maintenance, faults, conversions, and commissioning and always keep an overview.
- Administrative responsibility – you create offers, check reports, process orders, handle warranty cases, and ensure correct invoicing.
- Show readiness when it counts – you are flexible, pitch in beyond routine requests, and support our team when it is particularly challenged.
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further training (e.g., technical clerk).
- Technical understanding and experience in handling complex machines – ideally in the construction machinery or service technician environment.
- Experience in dispatching or service area is an advantage; more important are organizational talent and the ability to competently answer technical questions.
- Initiative, structure, and service orientation – you keep an overview even under high workload and find pragmatic solutions.
- Resilience, enjoyment of variety, and good communication skills – you are the central contact between customers, suppliers, and technicians.
- Very good German skills as well as good French skills for professional communication with customers and team. English is an advantage.
Our offer
- We love challenges – you can expect a responsible and varied activity with high flexibility and a lot of independence.
- We grow together – in our innovative customer service team, you experience real team spirit, flat hierarchies, and a leadership culture at eye level.
- We are passionate – your work has impact: you ensure that critical infrastructures are reliably supplied with energy.
- Support and promotion for training and further education – because your growth is also our growth.
- 40-hour week, at least 5 weeks of vacation, and attractive additional benefits. Free parking spaces as well as other employee discounts that make your everyday life easier.
