In this context, we wish to strengthen our Solution Architecture team by recruiting a Group Leader of IT Solution Architects (m/f/x) - 80-100% to support the implementation phase of its digital transformation.
The missions awaiting you:
- Lead and manage a team of Application Solution Architects (5 people)
- Define and implement the solution architecture strategy, enrich the framework with standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Oversee architects' support during the analysis and design phases of digital transformation projects
- Ensure constant technological watch, have a vision of the solution architecture and know how to propagate it within the organization
- Support the skills development of your team as well as the project implementation teams
- Manage relationships with suppliers, external and internal partners
- Lead governance around decision-making needs in the solution architecture domain
Your profile:
- Higher education in computer science such as HES, Bachelor / Master EPFL
- 10 years or more of experience in IT, acquired in various roles and/or environments including at least 5 years managing expert/architect teams
- Expertise in translating future business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs and integration and transition issues
- Expertise in cloud migration, particularly Microsoft Azure, SaaS solutions, and development with current technologies
- Experience managing enterprise architecture frameworks, ideally using a product (Sparx, IRIS, Leanx, Bizzdesign, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience in a similar industry sector is useful but not mandatory
- Languages: French: fluent / English: minimum B2
You have excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Additionally, you have the ability to understand both short- and long-term perspectives on architectures to be implemented.
Comfortable in writing, you are also recognized for your interpersonal communication skills.
