In this role, you are responsible for international, solution-oriented support activities in the field of heating and control technology. With your expertise, you support our country subsidiaries and sales partners with problems and questions related to troubleshooting and fault clearance. If necessary, you assist our technicians on site and accompany demanding commissioning processes. In addition, you coordinate and lead international training sessions at the in-house training center in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. Your strong communication skills and solution-oriented working style are required here.

This is your area of responsibility:

• Technical (3rd level) support of service technicians in the country subsidiaries remotely or on site
• Commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex systems remotely or on site
• Participation in the development and introduction of new products
• Creating and maintaining checklists, documentation, and training materials
• Training service technicians on site or in the training center in Vaduz
• Interface function between product management and development

This is how you convince us:

• Completed technical training with a federal certificate of competence or equivalent (refrigeration technician, electrician, automation technician, electronics technician, or ventilation technician)
• At least 5 years of experience as a service specialist for ventilation or climate systems
• Several years of experience in control and regulation technology (MSR)
• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP/R3 is an advantage
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Travel activity approx. 30%, including international assignments
