Your contribution to our team

You work in an interdisciplinary environment, collaborating with our experts from other fields and advising our clients on various aspects of sustainable buildings from the initial idea to implementation. We are committed to consulting and planning energy-efficient building technology and designing comfortable and energy-efficient spaces. Your expertise and networking skills help you quickly make your own contribution to market development and enhance our market position. You enjoy working in small teams and want to bring your expertise to interdisciplinary project work primarily in Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Your competencies

You have a university degree or master's degree, e.g., in building technology HVAC (HSLU) or mechanical engineering (ETH).
You have project experience in the planning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology and ideally also experience in the execution of energy-efficient buildings.
You understand the physical relationships of buildings and their impact on building technology.
You are committed to high-quality planning and assess concepts with a critical and solution-oriented perspective.
You like to take responsibility, think entrepreneurially, and want to develop professionally and personally.
You present yourself naturally and convincingly, communicate confidently in German (both spoken and written), and enjoy working in a team – with creativity, initiative, and structure.
