• As a senior physician, you lead the interdisciplinary treatment team on an equal footing in close cooperation with the nursing ward management.
• As part of your role as a senior physician, you supervise assistant physicians and psychologists.
• Upon request, you participate in specific group offerings.
• Together with the nursing department management, you continuously develop the conceptual orientation of the ward.
• In your varied daily work, you participate in handovers, case discussions, and training sessions and maintain close communication with the rest of the treatment team.

• You have completed a degree in human medicine (CH, EU, or EFTA country) and already hold a MEBEKO recognition if you graduated abroad.
• You are close to becoming a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
• You appreciate inpatient work with mentally ill people and feel comfortable in a multiprofessional environment.
• You are a flexible, committed, team-oriented, communicative, and socially competent person with motivation for further training.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1).
