Have you already gained some professional experience during or after your business studies and are now looking for the perfect entry-level position? Are you passionate about e-commerce and want to actively contribute to keeping our company on a successful course? Then we are looking for you.
In this versatile role, you support our management in both organizational and strategic matters and take responsibility in daily business as well as exciting projects. You prepare meetings, conduct comprehensive research, create economic analyses and calculations on the basis of which you prepare decision-making foundations for our management. As an organizational talent who enjoys taking on diverse and demanding tasks, you keep our management's back free. Your analytical thinking, independence, and communication skills make you a valuable hub in this exciting international work environment.
Your challenge
- Communication hub between management, departments, business partners, and external contacts
- Active participation in strategic projects and initiatives for organizational development and creation of project-specific documents
- Preparation and participation in meetings and workshops
- Independent development of decision-making foundations, research, analyses, and presentations, as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings, minute-taking
- Coordination and organization of appointments, travel, and events, as well as ensuring smooth operations in administration and office management
- Design and operational implementation in the introduction of strategic changes and process optimization
What is important to us
- You have successfully completed a business degree at bachelor or master level and have already gained professional experience
- If you have already actively participated in projects or have experience in data analysis and development of decision-making foundations, that is of course a great plus
- With your linguistic sensitivity in German and English, you write clear, precise, and stylistically confident correspondence
- You enjoy using your strong conceptual thinking to clearly and precisely put complex thoughts and concepts on paper
- As an organizational talent, you work very structured, always keep an overview, and know when it is time to act proactively
- You are characterized by integrity and discretion and always act transparently and loyally in the interest of the company
- You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and always find the right solution for every challenge
