Your tasks
- You accompany children, adolescents, and adults through the night and help ensure they feel safe and secure.
- To ensure a restful night's sleep, you create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
- You provide comprehensive care by supporting medical and therapeutic concerns.
- You carry out the monitoring and documentation of your work according to the required quality standards.
- Through close cooperation with the day shift, you ensure 24-hour care.
Your profile
- You have training as a Health or Care Specialist (EFZ) or are an SRK nursing assistant with professional experience in night shifts. If you are a nursing professional (HF/FH) and want to contribute your skills with us, we also look forward to your application.
- You enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults, and thanks to your creative solutions, you can respond flexibly to different situations.
- You appreciate independent work during the night and like to take responsibility.
- We are looking for an open and motivated personality who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary environment.
