Spitex Rupperswil/Hunzenschwil/Auenstein is a modern, future-oriented service company. With around 20 employees, we are responsible for outpatient help and care at home in these three municipalities (approx. 12,600 inhabitants).
We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a:
Deputy Management 70 - 100%
For this task, we are looking for an independent and cheerful personality who enjoys a versatile, demanding, and independent activity.
Together with our motivated and committed team, you promote, support, and enable living at home for people of all ages who need advice or care. According to our mission statement, you work purposefully, competently, and professionally to maintain or improve the quality of life of clients and to support independent living at home.
Your main tasks
- Together with management, you ensure smooth daily operations and care quality
- You share responsibility for the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the care team
- You coordinate daily operations (front office, administrative tasks)
- You are involved in deployment planning, case coordination, and support of employees
- You conduct workplace guidance and promote employees
- You are the contact person for employees, clients, relatives, and doctors
- Upon request, you actively participate in care and take on case management
