You

What are your tasks?

• Planning and execution of projects in the area of hardware rollouts
• Coordination of device installations, relocations, expansions and dismantling of workplace hardware
• Leadership, deployment planning and further development of the team in daily business
• Planning of personnel resources and ensuring efficient employee utilization
• Active participation in operational business
• Ensuring sustainable work quality
• Responsibility for compliance with economic, contractual and qualitative requirements for the assigned specialist area
• Continuous optimization of processes and structures including implementation of improvement measures
• Control of relevant data and regular communication with employees, customers and supervisors

Your profile

• Experience in personnel management and personnel deployment planning
• Good logistical knowledge
• Good manners as well as a professional appearance and clear, target group-oriented communication
• Conscientious, reliable and structured way of working
• High resilience and pronounced service and customer orientation
• High initiative, commitment and sense of responsibility
