Your tasks
- Individual care: planning, implementation, and evaluation of care interventions
- Support: holistic care and nursing of our residents
- Responsibility: taking over daily responsibility after introduction
- Knowledge transfer: ensuring the flow of information as well as promoting FaGe and AGS trainees to support training quality
- Development: additional function as a trainer possible
