This is what you move:

• You are responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including leasing, contract and key management, and ensuring flawless condition
• With your expertise and negotiation skills, you conduct successful negotiations and prepare commercial lease agreements as well as amendments
• You coordinate and conduct inspections and handovers of commercial spaces and ensure professional final billing
• Communication with owners, tenants, authorities, and other stakeholders as well as organizing meetings and tenant orientations are your responsibility
• You are responsible for obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding contracts to contractors, and controlling and approving creditor orders and invoices
• From a professional perspective, you lead the team, empower employees, and contribute to the development and implementation of the property strategy

That’s why you succeed:

• You have a commercial basic education, are a property manager with a Swiss federal certificate, and ideally hold a diploma as a real estate trustee
• You also have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and in managing commercial properties
• You skillfully apply digital affinity and solid PC and software knowledge daily in working with various systems
• You are a team player, resilient, and characterized by your customer- and service-oriented personality
• An efficient and goal-oriented working style as well as good communication skills qualify you in dealing with demanding target groups
• You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; English is an advantage
