The opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Global HR Program Management Office Leader who will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio of Global Human Resources projects to ensure that they align with strategic company and functional objectives. This role involves three key aspects 1) Developing and managing the portfolio, which includes intake, prioritization, resource allocation, budget monitoring, and reporting on performance to leadership, 2) Creating and upskilling/coaching the function on Project Management standards 3) creating a change management and adoption philosophy that becomes core in project execution and measuring success.
This role will be a critical member of the HR Capabilities and Solutions center of Expertise and will partner directly with the Digital HR Solutions team, the People Intelligence and Analytics team, and the Governance and Standards team.
How you will make an impact:

Portfolio Management: develop and manage the HR project portfolio, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and budget oversight

PM Standards and Process Improvement: establish and maintain best practices for project management methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency as well as mature PM capabilities within the function.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and educate HR project managers from planning through execution to final delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different regions, business units, and centers of expertise to ensure project alignment and buy-in.

Cross-functional leadership: Guide and motivate cross functional project teams (including finance and IT) to achieve project goals and organization objectives

Risk and Issue Management: proactively identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.

Change Management: Coordinate organizational change management efforts related to projects to ensure smooth adoption and successful business transformation.

Performance and Reporting: develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to track portfolio health, progress, and success. Provide regular status to HRLT members utilizing metrics and data visualization
Your background:

Project management certifications like PMP or PMI-ACP preferred.

Proficiency with project management tools and techniques, specifically ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.

Capability to understand business needs and translate them into effective project plans.

Ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure project impact.

Experience in leading global, matrixed programs and influencing senior stakeholders

Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and portfolios.

Strong project management skills, with knowledge of methodologies like Agile.

Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders.

Experience with data analysis to track performance and support decision-making.

Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate complex concepts for different audiences.

Experience with resource leveling and budget oversight.
