Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant specialized in account cleanup for a critical reinforcement mission of 2-3 months (April to June).
The main objective is to clean, secure, and document balance sheet accounts to ensure smooth closings and flawless reconciliations.
Your Missions
Under the responsibility of the Financial Management, you will work on a high-volume scope:
- Cleanup of Third-Party accounts (AP/AR): Rigorous matching, identification, and resolution of residual discrepancies
- Intercompany Reconciliations (Major Focus): In-depth analysis, justification, and matching of intercompany accounts in a multi-entity environment.
- Cash Management: Catching up and entering delayed bank entries.
- Documentation: Securing audit files and justifying balance sheet balances.
Qualifications
We are looking for a hands-on operational profile, capable of being immediately autonomous:
- Experience in general accounting in Switzerland, ideally in an international context.
- Advanced mastery of matching and intercompany reconciliation (your ability to resolve complex discrepancies will be your best asset).
- Mandatory mastery of SAP (experience with S/4Hana Cloud is a considerable advantage) and excellent proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, managing large data volumes).
- Methodical rigor, great autonomy, and interpersonal ease to communicate with various stakeholders.
