Your area of responsibility
- Leadership and development of the electrical maintenance and automation team (approx. 7 employees)
- Ensuring optimal scheduling, resource, and capacity planning including on-call duty
- Responsibility for the availability of necessary operating resources
- Active participation in day-to-day business as well as interdisciplinary tasks for the further development of the company
- Ensuring tiered information and communication
- Continuous optimization and improvement of organization, operating resources, and processes
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and occupational safety

What you bring
- Completed technical vocational training or comparable basic education
- Electrical qualification according to NIV Art. 13 "Operating Electrician Permit" is mandatory
- Several years of professional experience in the electrical maintenance of production systems as well as in the operation of complex machines and systems
- Initial leadership experience as a team leader or deputy in the field of electrical maintenance
- Knowledge of PLC programming, preferably Beckhoff Twincat 3
- Committed team player with strong communication skills and good presentation competence
- Reliable personality with quick comprehension and organizational talent
- Connected thinking and acting, entrepreneurial spirit, and solution orientation
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
