The private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

To complement our nursing team in the canton of Aargau, we are looking for an empathetic and passionate FAGE EFZ (m/f/d) for our private care, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your area of work is in the greater Aarau area. The workload ranges from 20% to 50%.

• In this exciting position, you will take responsibility for the medical care and nursing of our clients with various medical conditions.
• You will understand how to care for and support our clients with appreciation and empathy.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the nursing processes and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Together with your Care Manager, you will plan your assignments individually and independently and actively support the team in daily nursing tasks.

• You have successfully completed the training as FaGe EFZ or have an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland.
• Furthermore, you can demonstrate several years of professional experience in home care or long-term care.
• Having your own car including a driver's license and good German language skills are required.
