Would you like to be part of it? We are looking for an Assistant to the Head of Nursing and Care 80% immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Co-responsibility for the implementation and further development of nursing standards, concepts, and projects
- Ensuring and further developing the quality of care
- Organization of training and continuing education measures on nursing-related topics
- Professional advice and support for the nursing teams
- Collaboration in the interprofessional and interdisciplinary area
- Administrative relief for the Head of Nursing and Care
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or as a health specialist
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Empathy and commitment to the needs of elderly people and employees
- High social and personal competence, resilience, and flexibility
- Negotiation skills, ability to reach consensus, and solution orientation
- Very good IT skills
