About the job
The Senior Center Naters, consisting of the houses Sancta Maria and St. Michael, offers a home with care and support to 160 residents. Additionally, the house Stelle accommodates about 30 tenants in assisted living. Around 200 employees work in various areas. To complement our care team, we are looking for a Team Leader Care (80 - 100%) from December 1, 2025, or by arrangement. Your tasks:- Planning and implementation of the care program according to the care concept
- Leadership and promotion of the care team (activation and breakfast care)
- Staff deployment planning
- Leading the residents' council to capture the needs and wishes of the residents
- Organization and execution of resident events in the senior center
- Development, introduction, and implementation of innovations
- EFZ as a care specialist
- Completed vocational trainer course
- Several years of professional experience in care and staff leadership
- Joy and understanding for caring for elderly people
