Team Leader: Small Parts Manufacturing

You work 100% in Zug

• You take on the personnel and professional leadership of your teams – you promote, coach and develop your employees and ensure an environment where performance and appreciation go hand in hand
• You conduct daily shopfloor visits, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and lead by example in terms of quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Together with the department management, you plan resources in the short and medium term, create the daily schedule, and ensure that production targets are met
• You identify improvement potentials, actively drive the continuous improvement process (CIP), and promote digital and process excellence in your area of responsibility
• In addition, you lead subprojects and working groups, develop process documentation and work instructions, thus bringing structure and sustainability to daily work

• You have completed an apprenticeship in an industrial environment and have further qualified as a process specialist or technician HF in business processes
• You bring several years of leadership experience and are very familiar with IT, SAP, and peripheral systems
• As a resilient, assertive, and self-reflective personality, you act entrepreneurially with a high standard of quality and willingness to change
• You convince through clear communication, service orientation, and implementation strength – and you know how to motivate your team, give feedback, and achieve goals together
• Very good German – both written and spoken – is standard for you
