F&B Training Manager 100% (m/f/d)

About the job

• Responsibility for the training strategy in the Food & Beverage sector as well as operational contact person for the management of the restaurant outlets
• Planning, coordination and implementation of trainings including onboarding and introduction days for new employees in the F&B and hotel sector
• Ensuring and further developing quality management including work instructions and quality documents
• Compliance with Forbes, LQA and SDA standards taking into account internal processes and ISO guidelines
• Analysis of guest reports as well as creation and evaluation of monthly and individual training and development plans
• Additional tasks supporting projects, meetings and events in the F&B area

• Completed training in hospitality or comparable education
• Professional experience in the Food & Beverage sector, ideally in 4- or 5-star hotels
• Experience in training and quality management is an advantage
• Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Independent, reliable and responsible personality with initiative and team spirit
