Management Internship Chef de Service / Ship Management (a) for hotel management students

Here is what you will do

You fulfill the host function
You lead the service and kitchen staff on the ship
You have daily coordination with the management team and the nautical team on board
You are responsible for carrying out daily accounts, internal orders, and inventory management
You consistently implement the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP)

You speak German; any additional foreign language is welcome
