Brand Manager (On- & Off-Trade) m/f/d 80-100%
Here you bubble with enthusiasm:
- Overall responsibility for defined brands in the areas of wine, spirits, and beverages
- Sales, turnover, and profit responsibility for the managed brands in cooperation with the sales team
- Development, planning, and implementation of brand activation measures in on- & off-trade
- Planning, control, and monitoring of marketing, pricing, and promotion measures to achieve sales and distribution targets
- Close cooperation with the sales, marketing, and purchasing departments
- Analysis of market, competition, and sales data to derive concrete measures
- Annual planning in accordance with the international brand and marketing strategy
- Preparation of reports, presentations, and derivation of recommendations for action
- Ensuring a consistent brand appearance across all touchpoints (POS, digital, events, packaging)
- Increasing the desirability of the brands, developing the assortment
This is what you have in your assortment:
- Completed commercial training or studies (business administration, marketing, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in brand activation, marketing, or category management, ideally in the FMCG or beverage industry
- You are both a "strategist" and a "doer" with a good sense for trends and market developments as well as supplier and customer needs
- Proven experience with sales and profit responsibility
- Analytical thinking combined with strong implementation skills
- As a communicative and flexible personality, you bring very good German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office; experience with CRM, BI, or ERP systems is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial, structured, and independent working style
