- Management and development of the general agency with locations in Chur and Glarus
- Shaping the corporate culture, defining the organization, and planning market development
- Recruitment, training, and further development of executives and employees
- Support and expansion of the individual and group life insurance and health care customer portfolio in the general agency area
- Ensuring consulting quality, including compliance with regulatory requirements
- Representative of AXA in the Pension & Wealth sector in the Glarus region, Heidiland region, and Graubünden
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and responsible thinking and acting
- Many years of experience in leading a sales organization as well as solid know-how in the insurance business (occupational pension, individual life, health care, financial and retirement planning) with above-average performance record
- Residence and main place of living in the market area (Glarus, Heidiland, Graubünden) with strong regional ties is mandatory
- Higher education and regular further training in relevant business areas as well as training in leadership & management
- Knowledge of finance and accounting
- Goal-oriented working style, perseverance, strong will to succeed, and resilience
- High affinity for digitalization, e.g., in consulting, as well as in performance and lead management
- Structured planning and consistent implementation
- High flexibility and good cooperation skills
- Strong communication skills and convincing motivational ability
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
