Your Tasks
- Support of the institute management and independent execution of diverse administrative and organizational tasks for the institute
- Creation and preparation of reports, evaluations, and invoicing
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing and communication activities
- Proactive maintenance, updating, and further development of the institute's website and other digital communication channels
- Co-organization, coordination, and execution of internal and external events
- Maintenance and management of various systems and databases (e.g., project and publication database, address management, SharePoint)
- Central contact and coordination point for internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience
- Experience in administration, marketing/communication, and/or event organization
- Strong numerical understanding (knowledge of SAP is an advantage)
- Very good digital skills and confident handling of MS Office applications
- Affinity for web-based tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
- Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style with high quality and responsibility awareness
- Proactive, reliable, and resilient personality with organizational talent and enjoyment of diverse tasks
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
