For our office in Lindau, we are looking for a qualified individual as soon as possible for:
Accounting preparation with additional secretarial tasks 50% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- General administration and secretarial tasks
- Preparation and sorting of documents (incoming and outgoing invoices)
- Account assignment and recording of ongoing business transactions
- Preparation of documents for tax consultants/auditors
- Maintenance and reconciliation of debtor and creditor lists
- Accounts receivable: creating invoices, posting and checking incoming payments, dunning
- General administrative activities
- Preparation of payroll run, personnel administration
- All periodic reports to offices and authorities (VAT returns, etc.)
Your profile
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- First experience in accounting or accounting preparation is an advantage
- Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Basic knowledge of common accounting or ERP systems desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Discretion and sense of responsibility
