The company PQM Consulting AG based in Pfäffikon SZ is a renowned IT company specializing in quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its customers professional support in optimizing their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.

For an external customer project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the position of Project Manager at Expert level (8-12 years experience) starting from 01.10.2025.

Main tasks:

Stream leadership requirements / tendering, business engineering, leading workshops, preparing results for management, experts, and project

Requirements (content, methodology):

Project management, business engineering, tendering, banking, able to orient in a complex environment, familiar with the agile approach SAFe, solution-oriented, methodically strong

Requirements: (language oral / written)

German: C2 – near-native proficiency

English: C2 – near-native proficiency – Proficiency (CPE)

Onsite 60%, 40% home office, home office only allowed from Swiss airspace
