We are an innovative Swiss software company based in Zurich, developing standard solutions for the insurance market.

We are looking for a committed professional for a permanent position (80% - 100%) with a bachelor's degree in software engineering and several years of experience (3–5 years) in programming. You have a deep understanding of data structures, data flows, and especially data migrations.

Your analytical mindset and your ability to grasp and document complex relationships enhance your skills.

In this position, you take responsibility for the design, configuration, and data migration from existing solutions to alabus standard solutions. At the same time, you will develop further towards a business specialist, focusing on business processes in the insurance market and specifically on occupational pension schemes (BVG).

Furthermore, you actively contribute to translating our customers' business needs into technical solutions and achieving sustainable improvements in our standard solutions.

We offer you a dynamic working environment in a successful team and the possibility to work up to 2 days from home. For a 100% workload, we work 40 hours per week and have 5 weeks off per year to recover.
