Your Challenge
- Personnel and technical management of the heating/cooling technical office
- Leading heating and cooling projects in plant construction
- Active support in sales of plant construction
- Negotiations with suppliers, clients, and architects
- Building and maintaining customer contacts
- Optimizing workflows and processes
Your Profile
- Technical education in the field of heating/cooling as well as several years of professional experience in project management
- Strong leadership personality with solid experience in direct and indirect guidance of employees
- Resilient, customer-oriented, and responsible personality with negotiation skills and assertiveness
